Why is this role important for Superbryte’s work?

We’re looking for a Manager - Finance & Ops (m/f/d), who will work closely with our colleagues to lead, build and improve our company’s internal functions.

Job requirements

What You'll Achieve:

  • Lead, build, shape and manage finance, accounting and internal processes of Superbryte

  • In collaboration with our relevant business partners, manage all topics related to accounting, banking and legal

  • Lead short and long-range financial modeling and planning

  • Manage preparation and review of monthly settlements as well as year-end closings

  • Manage, in collaboration with CEO, budgets, cash and overall treasury

  • Manage, in collaboration with accountants, payroll and associated topics

  • Closely work with the product and tech teams to constantly enhance our reporting and analytics processes

  • Work with Co-Founding Team to build operating metrics, with right reporting cadence, to deliver on our growth objectives

  • Be a key contact to our financial partners and investors 

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 2+ years experience in Finance/Accounting - preferably in a B2B/SaaS

  • Successfully built and improved operational processes in the past

  • Self-organized with high level of autonomy and diligence 

  • Collaborative mindset and a skilled communicator

  • Degree in business administration, ideally with a specialization in Finance or Accounting

  • Be a problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on attitude

  • Experience with DATEV is a plus

  • Business fluent in English and German
