Why is this role important for Superbryte’s work?

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can generate inbound interest through different channels.

Our product is at the heart of our business and we want the world to know about it. You'll be a foundational member of the performance marketing team, taking full ownership of different customer acquisition channels. This role is cross-functional, partnering closely with product marketing, content, and demand generation to grow Superbryte’s user base.

Job requirements

What You'll Achieve:

  • Use data and insights to define our search and paid media strategy and work cross-functionally to execute on it, delivering on committed goals.

  • Look for new opportunities to expand and grow the Search and paid media program. Stay abreast of industry trends to enable us to not only follow best practices, but help us define them

  • Continuously test ads and landing pages to increase conversion rates 

  • Build relationships with our Search and paid media partners (Google, Bing, facebook), lead testing of new ad products and beta features.

  • Ensure your work is clearly communicated and aligned with senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and the team.

  • Work closely with the Superbryte product team to improve the funnel and maximize the value of the traffic you drive, while providing a best-in-class user experience.

  • Hone in and improve metrics on a daily basis

Experience, Skills, & Mindsets We’d Be Excited By:

  • 4+ years work experience in Growth Marketing as part of in-house acquisition teams, Direct Response / Performance agencies, or freelance.

  • You think in LTVs, CACs, ARPUs, CVRs and you are driven to measure, learn, and improve these KPIs

  • In-depth, “under the hood” knowledge of online acquisition channels

  • Fluency with data, metrics, measurement, and analytics. Good understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, CRO, and incrementality.

  • Understanding of general web and app technology: cookies, pixels, SDKs, tracking, tagging, APIs.

  • Integrated marketing mindset and understanding of the interplay between SEM vs SEO, push vs pull, offline vs online, brand vs performance marketing.

  • Ability to lead, influence, communicate, and work across departments, building strong relationships with a broad range of peers and executives. All this, with high autonomy and little guidance.

  • Agile and adaptable to changing goals, priorities, resourcing, and business needs, associated with a high-growth startup environment.

  • Able to balance long term strategic initiatives with short term needs and ad hoc requests.

  • Growth mindset. Every challenge is an opportunity and any problem can be figured out. Not all experiments succeed and any setback is a chance to learn and iterate.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially in the SaaS industry

  • A good sense of humor / enjoy laughing and a passion for learning
