We’re looking for a content and community expert who can help tell Superbryte’s story in ways that resonate with our wide and global audience. The trainer and coaching world has a vibrant, creative community that is building all kinds of cool things and sharing it with the world. They host online and offline events, make videos, share advice and templates, and so much more. We believe that we can enter this world and help inspire this global community in ways we never thought possible. In this role you will produce and share content, establish Superbryte’s presence in the trainer world, attend and manage conferences, and more we haven't thought of yet.

This is why we are looking for a community leader and a great communicator to join our team. We're looking for someone with superb writing skills, flexibility, an international mindset, and the ability to work cross functionally with our teams and leaders. As a member of our team, you’ll be proactive in reaching our audiences in creative ways that feel authentic to our brand.

Job requirements

What You'll Achieve:

  • Create excellent written materials and messaging for product announcements and reactive responses, blog posts, press releases, as well as other communications.

  • Reach high rankings in search results and drive traffic to the page and tool

  • Support product marketing and other initiatives, coordinating seamlessly across internal teams, and finding creative ways to communicate our story.

  • Lead and support the development of events and other outreach programs

  • Manage our thought leadership program by securing contributed placements, interviews, and speaking opportunities for our executive team and engineering team

  • Plan and execute ways for us to build our community programs - from setting up online events and meetups to exploring creative ways to reach trainers and coaches

  • Monitor and participate in conversations, user-generated content and feedback from users on social media, press, and in real life

  • You'll share insights and lessons directly with the team to influence product development, marketing campaigns, and more.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in communications and community management or a related field.

  • Excellent strategic sense and proven track record of developing stories that drove results or addressed challenges.

  • You've built communities. You've helped create or moderate a vibrant community for yourself or a company before. You come with a toolkit of tactics to do this again for us. You love connecting people and helping others when the opportunity arises.

  • Experience working at a high-growth startup, with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.

  • Sharp written and verbal skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into simple and engaging prose. Ability to toggle between B2B and B2C communications.

  • Understanding of search engine optimisation and how to drive traffic and engagement

  • Familiar with social platforms like Facebook Groups, Reddit, Linkedin, and Slack. You stay up to date with the latest tools that could help us foster a stronger community.

  • Strong execution mindset, attention to detail and ability to hit deadlines.

  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize projects.

  • Pre-existing industry knowledge (or the ability to be excited by it)

  • A good sense of humor / enjoy laughing and a passion for learning
