Why is this role important for Superbryte’s work?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can approach potential users and multipliers to create opportunities for Superbryte.
The trainer and coaching world is a vibrant industry that is heavily fragmented. Training and teaching happens with all types of learners and teachers. We believe there are unlimited use cases for our product and your role will be to show them that Superbryte can simplify and streamline their workflow tremendously. In this role you will be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it.
What You'll Achieve:
Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can use Superbryte to make their trainings more enjoyable and effective
Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
Run product demos to close business at or above quota level
Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
Liaise with multipliers to find ways to bring more users to the platform.
Relay feedback by prospective and existing clients
Drive customer adoption and help define and monitor the KPIs behind it
Collaborate with marketing and product to improve features, communication etc. You will have a direct impact on the product.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
3+ years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software or startup company
A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
A phenomenally strong communicator with a positive and openness minded attitude
Engaging and compelling presentation skills
A strong desire to be successful without sacrificing your values
A builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environments
An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
You've got strong technical chops: You are quick to adapt to CRM systems and have worked with them from lead to closing; you feel comfortable with Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
Pre-existing industry knowledge (or the ability to be excited by it)
